Growing up as a military brat, traveling was just a part of life. My first memories as a child was living in Germany just outside of Stuttgart. When I heard we were moving back to America, I was utterly confused.
As I got older I started to realize most people don’t get to travel a lot — if at all. I’ve met people who have never left the borders of the state they were born in. As I got older I also realized how much more challenging it is to pack and bag, hop on a plane and visit foreign lands.
It is my goal to travel as often as humanly possible. It may be to another continent, it may be a couple of hours from the house. Regardless, this is my travel journal to all the places I’ve visited outside of my home in Washington, DC.
